I just want to share my experience and see how I can obtain a refund. On March 3, 2003 I purchased the QuickSell Liquidator Program from the Zaken Corporation for $164.00 using my American Express Card. On March 25, 2003 I performed a quick search on the company on the Internet and found two websites stating this company was a scam. I immediately called American Express and advised them to charge back the amount and I was returning the merchandise. I returned the merchandise on March 25 via UPS and it cost me approximately $12.59 American Express, however, decided not to approve my request for charge back; but instead contact the Zaken Corporation. On April 8, The Zaken Corporation sent a reply to American Express stating the following: Our refund policy clearly states that the customer must return the package within 7 days from date of receipt. Since customer never returned the product ordered, and his dispute is not in compliance with our return policy, no credit should be issued. Signed Tiran Zaken. After receiving this correspondence, I faxed a letter to American Express stating that they have allowed this company to defraud another customer. I am awaiting their response, if there are any. My closing remarks: I have lost $176.59. There was a $250.00 money back guarantee which is good for two years, if you decide to work the program. People who have worked the program have been scammed.
