Last night at about 8:30, my car was towed away by this Rip- Off Company... We just recently changed towing companies... and since our manager is pretty strict about rules in our complex, we just placed the sticker in my car, so we would not have to deal with problems like this!
They took my car, i called the manager, the manager asked them to release my car, and also told them that they needed to bring the car back (and that she was pretty sure my car had the sticker because she checks them periodically) they also said no! She also said that their contract was going to be over if this didn't happen.
1 hour passed by and no change, we had to go to the yard and pick the car up. My car had the windows down, the alarm was shut and the sticker was missing... nowhere to be found He still charged us $300 to release the car, plus 35 for the "securty" people This has not been the first time this has happened at our complex... Our manager proceeded to fax a contract cancellation because of this incident!
