I wish someone like me had written this before I signed a contract to sub work wifh Corvias on their Air Force Base job. I would have ran for the hills. There game is to manipulate lie and cheat. After working for almost a year for this contractor, they had literally destroyed us financially. They promised to send change orders after a "net 30" schedule but never paid them. They went directly to our employees at thr jobsite and directed them to do extra work that we did not authorize or discuss. They will literally do everything they can get away with, then the kicker, they void your contract and hire another sub in your place when you ask to discuss change orders or issues. The company to the day owes our company over $1,080,000. They are frauds. They lie about laws that pertain to the scope of their project. Do not do subcontract work for Corvias. If you do. Demand a set contract for a fixed dollar amount. Change order the **** out of them for each minute they ask of your time. Do not permit your employees to talk to them while on the job. And lawyer up because your in for a ride. I watched them get rid of 6 subs while I was there just breached their own contract. Change order them and do not set foot on their job until they agree to pay and hand you a check.

my original post included several misrepresentations and inaccuracies that I would like to correct. My company and Corvias the contractor were working on a lengthy and sophisticated project. A good faith dispute arose as to what work was to be completed and the price for the work.
My comments were unfair and based purely on emotion, not on any factual support. The dispute between parties was an honest disagreement Corvias resolved the dispute professionally and fairly to all parties involved. Additionally corvias handles its affairs with the highest integrity. With this post, I apologize to Corvias for any damage to its business or reputation that may have ocurred.
