cory fairbanks mazda longwood florida they sold me a 2006 car that shouldnt of been financed longwood, Florida

 I went into cory fairbanks mazda on 10/12/2012  to buy a used car . i went in with $2000 in cash a trade in worth $1200 and a $1000 vocher from the dealership in which the dealership didnt honor .they staed they dont honor the vochers that they send out .

from the time i went in there on 10/12/12 the finance person mr perez stated he made a mistake on the year of the car instead of putting it was 2006 he put 2007 thats when all the problems started. they couldnt find any companys to carry the loan cause of the year and how many miles where on the car. me and my wife kept getting rejection notices from 12 different banks stating there wasnt enough value in the car to finance it and they where sending counter offers back to cory fairbanks mazda which we where never notify of. I contacted cory fairbaks mazda notifying them of these letters i was receiving from the banks and the saleperson bob dennis stated it was normal  and that the banks just wanted more information in which time i asked to return the car and for them to return my cash and trade in . bob dennis said things dont work that way and if i returned the car it was a voluntary repo and i stated to him that theres was no contract and they where destroying my credit. bob dennis stated again i had no rights and i would lose everything cash and car.

cory fairbanks mazda went through more then 13 banks trying to get financing .through this process.after all these denials I sent out a request for my credit report and received it  on 10/23/12 and my credit score and my wife scores went down 50+ points  cause of corys neglient behavior and cory fairbanks mazda poor judgement and there lack of leadership.is this legal the process they went through or illegal please help !!!
