I purchased their "FloorPlan 3D" CAD program. Upon trying to install it, a window poped up indicatiing that I had "0" days left to register it with them. You are presented with 3 registration choices: 2 via the Internet and 1 via telephone. Neither of the Internet links work and no one answers the telephone number that is listed. Without a registration number to enter during installation, you canot open the program. I went to the Cosmi website and filled out their request for customer support form.

A day later I received an email from them stating that I would be contacted by Customer Support within 24 to 72 hours. Well, you guessed it. I never received any contact from them. I tried numerous emails to "support@cosmi.com" requesting help, but no response. In two emails I indicated that I would contact the President of their company, Mr. Ed Lanchantin, if they didn't respond. No response to those emails either.
Don't waste your money on their products. Now I know why they are so cheap!!!

Finally Heard From Cosmi

I finally got an email from Phyllis at Cosmi Support.
"Dear Customer, I receive a large volume of e-mails, always include previous relevant e-mails when responding. This will allow me to read the complete inquiry in one message and will result in a quicker reply."
As there was (finally) a phone number listed in her email, I called her rather than play mickey mouse email tag.
She claimed that there was no record of my 1st email and that, because I didn't include a copy of my first email in subsequent emails (even tho I included the "case number" in all of my emails that they provided in their auto reply), their lack of response WAS MY FAULT!!!!!!!!!!! She said that Cosmi had downsized, that she was the only employee in support, and that she had searched in vain thru over 200,000 emails looking for mine. Nothing showed by my email address or case number. She did not want to let me talk and explain the problem to her. Kept interrupting as I tried to speak. Finally I was able to talk her into giving me a "key code" for the drafting program. Immediately upon giving it to me verbally, she hung up the phone-no thank you, sorry for the problem, have a nice day, nothing. I guess that she skipped Customer Relations 101. Shortly afterward I received a confirmatory email that included the key code.
Anyway, I finally was able to get the program working. Had I known about Cosmi's Customer-No-Service, I would not have purchased the software. Yo Pays Yer Money & Takes Yer Chances
