The Cost Recovery Auditors employment opportunity is a sham. They are recruiting through the Internet and on craigslist postings.
Job seekers Beware. They are preying on those in search of opportunity and stealing from them. They want you to pay an upfront fee before they will disclose an explain their program details.
The manager Donald Gault, did not want to disclose anything and kept referring to their website. He did not want to take the time to talk to me. But he would of took my money. I throughly reviewed the website but I still had questions, he stated I did not understand the program and to go to join now and pay to be part of their program.
The company office address appears to be ran out of a residential home according to pictures on google maps and the office numbers are cell phones. The website looks like a high school kid developed in a weekend.
This company is a sham and do not pay for a job opportunity. There are bona fide good jobs out there and reputable companies to work with. Believe in yourself. Do not give up your hard earned money or time to this sleaze balls.
It appears to be just another hustle of a broke degenerate.

He has other businesses

I found his ad on CL here in Tampa and I replied 2 weeks ago. I got an email from Mr. Gault a few days later that was intriguing, but I needed more info. I have not contacted him but came here and Goggled in general for good/bad I could find. BBB give them an A-, but that means little when you read their criteria.
What I did find is that he has another business that runs parallel & has a monthly subscription. http://www.avionenergy.net/d.cgi/don/CareerOpportunties.html
If the link is not posted, its Avion Energy Group with the same location. While having another business doesn't mean anything bad necessarily, its his approach that makes me uncomfortable.
I'm just posting info that may help others decide. I don't believe this is something I would be interested in. As always do your diligence before you give someone your money. I have no problem 'investing' for a biz op. It's the credibility that is the issue.
On a side note...
The audit industry seems promising, but I'm finding the long sales cycle not a good fit for me. I've spoken to 2 people that have been working in this field, 1 of them drove a 80's GM car that was beat up and I payed for his lunch when his wallet was empty at the register. He was with that company for 5 months, so he claimed. I don't remember who they were but he had no cards and he wore a Hawaiian shirt. Really, when meeting with C-level business people you show up in a Hawaiian shirt?! Odd.
