This insurance company is the worst. I get my bill five days before it is due. Every month it is a different amount, they are extrelmly inconsistent. So today I receive a letter saying that my insurance is cancelled and another one with my bill in it. So of course I am Wondering what is going on. Of course they never have any customer service people available. Driving around without insurance is no joke. I can lose my car all because one of there stupidity. They don't even put a phone number on the bill.

I don't know what the previous client is talking about. I have been with Cost-U-Less for about 5 years now and they have always been more than professional and helpful in every way.
I was looking for the very cheapest insurance and they told me about the downside to Guardian an me being a concerned consumer made the choice with thier recommendation to take a company that was a little more expensive but took care of thier customers.

I'm sorry Cost U Less but your obligation is to the client here. You, as an agency, are responsible for the companies that you deal with. If there is an issue with customer service then YOU need to step up to the plate and do the right thing for the customer!
Being a broker is NO different than being an appointed agent. The responsibility for poor customer service does fall on you and only you.
If Guardian has low standards and you continue to place insurance with them then it says a lot about the kind of operation YOU are running.
This client wanted insurance...at the cheapest possible rate....that's not unheard of you know...
Take responsibility for your own agency, call on late notices, be the intermediary that you are supposed to be and quit passing the buck!
Just looking at your rebuttal shows that this poor client chose the wrong agency, brokerage or not. Do you have one set of operating procedures for your select company placements and another set for your brokerage customers?
Your unprofessional rebuttal makes all of us in the insurance industry look bad. Just the name of your agency says "CUT-RATE" and "LOW-CLASS".
Find another job if you cant do this one right; maybe in the food service industry... K?

YOUR CHEAP!!!W E TOLD YOU WHEN YOU PURCHASED YOUR INSURANCE POLICY THAT GAURDIAN HAD A LESS THAT DESIRABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT BUT YOU WANTED THE CHEAPEST INSURANCE POSSIBLE. AND ALSO COST U LESS IS A BROKER NOT THE INSURANCE COMPANY WE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH BILLING.
