 Bought a new pair of costa sunglasess well over $200.00. The plastic frame broke on my face within a couple of month of use. The glass lens fell on the water, I take care of my stuff a lot so I send it in for repair, and I ended up paying over $100.00 for the repair. It’s been over a month and still don’t have my sunglasess. It has been a very stressful procedure for me. After spending hours on the phone with unprofesional customer service to find out about my sunglasess, they finally told me that I had giving them a wrong return address. That my sunglasess were at their warehouse. They said that they will be shipped within 24 hours. It’s been over a week and I don’t have my sunglasess yet. This very unprofessional. My advise do not buy this product again or if you do don’t waste your time and money on their repair service.
