costcaptain.com Charged my credit card but NO contact NO item Internet
Ordered online 7/24/13
Given no information before or after payment except a screen that said I would receive email within 48 hours.
No email received at this time 7/29/13
Credit card was charged 7/25/13
Tried to contact through Website. Required to have an order number, which I was never given, to submit any email request.
Tried to contact through phone contact info twice. On hold for 3 minutes then 1st time got an automated request to put in my password? When I could not, disconnected.
2nd time after 3 min. wait got an automated message all reps were busy and to leave a message.
Did some research online and found lots of scam reports.

My credit card company has deleted this charge for me, but they got the money and someone is still paying for nothing.
