It was a on- line deal to buy Samsung galaxy note 4 cell phone, on Thanksgiving Holiday, date of purchase was 11/28/2014 cost of the phone $300. The company offer costco $150 rebate card. Before I made a purchase I gave a call on 11/28/2014 at 9 - 9:30 am eastern time, to Customer Service to verify if I eligible for that rebate. I got an answer yes twice. On 2/9/2015 , I got a letter for rebate company that I am not eligible for this rebate. I called on 2/10/2015 to Costco Customer Service again, they said Customer Service superviser would call during 24 hours. Nobody call me.
