Costco No more customer oriented store Royal Palm Beach, Florida

I purchased a dual pre-packed turkey breast and put it in the freezer in November of 2010. I took it out from freezer on 01/05/2011 and it was bad, so on 01/07/2011 my wife returned it to the store. The customer service representative at the front desk was arguing with my wife for 30 minutes that this is not their product, to prove her wrong my wife went inside to get the same package from the stores refrigerator. Then she said, oh if its ours I can give you credit back for only one package since you didnt bring back both. So my wife said she wants credit for both since both package were bad. Then I have to call my front-end supervisor, she said. He came to the front and gave the same horrible treatment to my wife. He said: only this time I would take it back from you, but there is no next time. I contact the headquarters on the following Monday 01/10/2011. Then Alex Polo the store manager called me back on 01/10/2011 when he promised he would send out a $20 gift card (which I dont think is enough) and an apology letter. I still havent got anything; I would expect a better and more courteous customer service from a reputable store. This action shows that Costco is going down, Ive been a customer for the last 13 years and never had such a disrespectful treatment from the most unprofessional store manager Alex Polo. I probably spent a few hundred thousand dollars there over the years. For all the years all the different locations had fine stores, but this one at Royal Palm Beach is not up to the Costco standard.
