First issue is they don't tell you when they have water breaks.  They had a broken water line and waited almost 4 months to fix it, and when you complain about your water bill because of it, they ignore you.  When your bathroom is finally flooded, that is when they finally say there is a broken water pipe under the building and they knew about it, and now they are fixing it.

Second issue is when their own head maintenance man admitted they had black mold, they refused to take care of the damaged items caused by this black mold, and when I went to court because of this, we had a Justice of the Peace who didn't know the law.  After I got the judgement against me for withholding the rent until they paid for the damages, I was informed by a lawyer, that the Justice of the Peace should have listened to my case and taken those facts into consideration.

Third issue was the management let their relatives into the complex and didn't let them pay rent.  They would try to force the people who couldn't pay rent into giving their relatives their cars in lieu of rent instead.  One of the relatives destroyed one of the townhouses, and they just moved them into another building, where one of the kids actually caused a fire.

Forth, they fired the grounds keepers so no one was picking up the trash and other stuff so that the manager could hire her stepson.  She also hired her son to clean the carpets.  Her niece was the one who would give the keys out and stuff after hours.

Fifth if you had any repairs that needed to be done, no matter how many times you submitted a list, they never got done, unless you were "friendly" with the management.

Sixth, after paying off the judgement, I am still waiting 5 months later for them to submit the release to the courts to get the judgement off of my credit report.  I have even submitted a letter from my lawyer asking for the release which they refused to acknowledge.
