On maarch 11,2009 We apply for a refinance loan with countrywide credit report showed a dood credit report on march 13 the loan officer Claudia Quintero and a headquaters associete and i got together in a conference three line conversation about one time late it show on some credit report at the end of the conversation the issue was solve and the problen was clear.
one month later on April 24,We finally closed we made plans for the money,bills that will be paid, also we made some kind of arrangement so we can attend to the closing.On April 28,when the money supposed to be release nothing came in a mail as were told by the closing representative Marcela Castro,on April 29 we received a phone call fron Claudia Quintero (loan officer)
saying that the money will not be release because the inside information show one time late. On April 30 We stopped at the office and shoe some paperwork from Countrywide from March that not show any late payments and a letter fron Countrywide fix the later error,later on a call Countrywide 1800-6696607 spoke with Rocio she said she can not find a loan # can not help,but direct me to Ms Elizabeth Kubaz Vice President of Cranford Branch called 1800 8716007 spoke with Jane she can not help call (800 87160030 LEGAL COMPLAINS this phone was desconnected' we have done bussiness with Countrywide in the past 30 years but this one reason we fell there are not valid, if major credit report agency do not have any latteness why an inside. This is a descriminatory and un-ethical needless to say that Countrywide professionalist is very questionable (they are very inconsistance with the inside and outside information) we allready fax 3 letters to (805)5205019 and they have not respond we were paid almost $1800 monthly now our monthly payment decrese to $1200 if we affort the $1800 before with not problem how we can not affor the $1200 now. we fill we are rippoff by Countrywide for the company that we trust for many years for no releasing the money after signing all legal documentation leaving us up on the air. is any suggestion ? thanks beforehand nick & emma
