Countrywide Home Loans is stealing money from Hurricane Katrina victims. They are holding onto money that is not theirs. I have been fortunate enough to have two home inspections since the storm and have still not received a dime of MY money. My house was reported as 40% complete on Nov. 29 and 85% complete on Dec. 23. I have made 9 phone calls to the company and I have heard 9 different stories as to why I still don't have my check or a portion of my check. My favorite lie was that they were too busy!!!! Incredible.

Do not do business with Countrywide Home Loans. You will be sorry if you do.
