Late November 2012, I ordered a BMS Heritage 150cc scooter from County Imports. I received it on December 19, 2012 which was a reasonable shipping time. On the same day I applied for my MCO/MSO and still waiting for complete paper work to this date 2/17/ 2013.
I've been given the run around such as another company had taken them over and they would have to come from that company. A contact with the aledge new company revealed they had nothing to do with County Imports and suggested they lost their dealer licenses and could not sign the papers if they had them. My nice scooter has sat in my garage for 2 months without getting any enjoyment from it.
Within the past week it is noted that County Imports web site is up and running again as a division of ePunkinc with a Grand Opening promotion. I'm ready to ask my bank to do a charge back so I can go elsewheres and get the nice scooter I selected.

Countyimports was temporarily ran by Epunk Inc between the dates of April 2012 and May 2013. San West ran the site between Sept 2009 and March 2012, during that time we strived to have 100% customer satisfaction. We understand that during the time Epunk ran the site there were a few issues. We would like to annouce that as of April 2013 San West has been placed back in the position of running the site for complete customer service.
