COUNTY IMPORTS INFO@COUNTYIMPORTS.COM ORDER A X-MAS PRESENT 4 MY SON, RECEIVED IT ON 12/20 HAD IT PUT 2GETHER ON 12/21, FOUND OUT THE THE ATV WAS THE WRONG 1, CONTACTED THE COUNTY IMPORTS, TOLD ME THE NEED PICTURES, SEND THEM BY EMAIL 2 J Internet, Internet
After that conversation Justin stop returning the phone calls or responding 2 email. So we contacted the claims dept. spoke w/ Tammy, she stated that she was not aware that we had receive the wrong ATV, Justin had not contacted the claims dept. 2 let them know that there was a problem. Tammy them told us that she would follow up and fix the problem. She later them called & told us that they could issue us a refund until they got the ATV back 1st, b4 they could refund any money 2 us. But they had no problem taking them money out of the bank now they want refund the money.
