countyimports buggy world don't care about consumer Internet

we ordered a moped from countyimports which is a sister co. of buggy.the engine was not assembled and came with a cracked part which leaked gas.we ordered a part a day later they email us saying part not available at this time.moped comes with wrong title for us to license it.helmet takes 3more weeks to get calling them is impossible they let the phone ring til u r dead.feels like buggy world opens smaller companies like countyimports til it gets enough complaints about the mopeds it sells then opens another dealer to replace the one that got a bad reputation. if you can find a local moped dealer do it you atleast have some one there to help you by building the moped and giving you the right title to license the moped
