I just happened to google my last name to get to a web site in Detroit and what do I see? A court case that was dismissed 2 years ago as part of the search. I clicked on the link and there's my court case, speeding, dismissed, and the parasite that made it viewable on google "eric" wants me to pay him a minimum of $30 to remove it from google search. What a parasite. This is nothing short of extortion. I could care less if anyone sees my case was dismissed. So "eric" if you ever read this I hope your name shows up soon as convicted of internet fraud and using the internet for blackmail and extortion. See you in the funny papers. Leech

Why PayPal ended the relationship with

AUTHOR: 2012JD - ()

I am an attorney and absolutely loathe sites like This site is no different than the mugshot sites out there. If you have been paying attention to that Ohio mugshot class action suit, you'd know they settled out of court last week. I was very disappointed--I was hoping the case would go to trial. Of course, details of the settlement will be sealed and we won't know what they are. But, from checking sites like and, it's apparent that these sites will NO LONGER publish regular mugshots to be removed for a fee. So that's a huge victory!

Anyway, in regard to, I emailed PayPal on 1/2/14 regarding Acceptable Use Violations. PayPal stopped accepting payments from these other mugshot sites; I argued that CRM should be precluded from transacting business via PayPal too, for the same policy reasons. Here's what my email said:

"I am requesting that PayPal terminate their relationship with for the same policy reasons that prompted PayPal to terminate the accounts for multiple mugshot "pay-to-remove" websites and services.

The state laws that are drafted to punish sites that publish information like mugshots, name, and date of birth of persons involved in the criminal justice system also prohibit sites like "" In my home state of Texas, for example, the law addresses any website that publishes personal identifying information, including criminal record information. (included citation of the law)

While I am aware that PayPal may not be civilly liable for allowing websites like "" to take payments from persons who wish to have their criminal record information removed, I am requesting that PayPal continue their previous good faith efforts by terminating the business relationship with "". This website operates under the identical premise to that of and (two sites with which PayPal has terminated business relationships), by accepting payment in exchange for the removal of a criminal record from their website.

I have included examples from "" that reflect how a person can have a criminal record removed by submitting a payment via PayPal for your consideration and review. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me."

(included links here of criminal cases that could be removed for payment)

Anyway, so that day, PayPal ended their relationship with CRM, and CRM is no longer accepting PayPal as a form of payment to remove cases. Instead, they are now using "Bitcoin". What a joke! Hey CRM--there are those of us who will not stop fighting. Make your money now, because it will soon be over for all you losers!
