Courtyard Creations missing parts horrible customer service Cincinatti (distributor) Made In China Cincinnati Ohio

We had purchased the Arcadia 7 piece Sling Dining Set with two swivel chairs in April of 2008 at a Ralph's. Apparently, the swivel chairs were missing parts, so we called the 1-800 number that was listed on the instructions manual. We were promised the parts but it still has not arrived.

It has been a month and those swivel chairs are still not 'swivelling.' I called the number yesterday and the office was closed because of a Canadian holiday. I called back again today and the office was still closed! From reading the other reports, that Canadian call center can be closed indefinitely?!

After reading the other reports of glass shattering and Iris still not getting the replacement parts...I'm not sure if I will ever get to use those swivel chairs. We've had many family gatherings and even a graduation party and our patio set looks silly with two green plastic stacking chairs which don't match the rest of the set.

I have contacted Ralph's and they asked me to bring in the chairs today to see if they can replace it with ones that are on display. Hopefully, my set will be complete. In the meantime, buyers please be wary of a patio set sold at grocery stores with HD Designs or Courtyard Creations Inc. on the label or box.

Make sure it has all of its parts and nothing is damaged. Otherwise, you'll be writing a report too.
