Covenent Landscaping - Elegant Landscaping They did shoddy work, and then did not pay subs who then filed a lien on my home Fort Worth Texas

I contracted witih Covenent Landscaping, Matt Eslick, for the purchase and planting of 6 trees, moving 3 other trees, and hydroseeding of the back yard.
The trees were only planted part way into the ground and came out with the first wind. I had to replant the trees and stake them myself. He never staked them as promised.

Several areas of hydroseeding did not grow and Matt did not come out and re-seed as promised within 30 days. They came out 2 1/2 months later, 2 days before freezing temperatures. Obviously not 1 seed germinated. I'm now seeding the following year still trying to get grass.

Matt Eslick then did not pay the sub-contractor for the hydroseeding, who then filed a mechanic's lien against my home. I had to settle with the sub to get the lien against my home removed.

I can not contact Matt Eslick as he will not answer his phone or return calls. The sub-contractor and his attorney can not contact him either. Once he has your money he's gone.
