covertnannycameras Russel Davis Stole My Money and Their Product, Not Answering Calls and Emails. Returns are a Lie Internet

Good Day, I received my order as seen below on time and was very excited at the prompt arrival of my order.
However i am not happy with the product. The craftmanship and functionality is unsatisfactory for following reasons
-i am unable to see faces 6 feet away in daylight although i got the high resolution recommended by your website
-i can see the glue on the back of the casing of the product
-the memory card was painted white and is still tacky (yes sticky memory SD Card)
-the included software that you provided is outdated so the resulting video file doesn't play in Windows Media Player 11.

I WAS GIVEN AN RMA NUMBER AND A RETURN ADDRESS. THAT I SHIPPED THE PRODUCT BACK TO FOR A REFUND.

My Follow up Email To CovertNannyCameras.com :

Good Day Russel, I show that your product was shipped back to you. It was packaged in foam, same as it was sent to me.
USPS  tracking has  verified Your item was delivered at 2:18 pm on June 23, 2011 in NORCROSS, GA 30093
I have not received credit back into my account as yet.
Please refund as agreed.



3 weeks later i sent two more emails and called several times  with  no reply from Russel Davis or Covert Nanny Cameras.

This is a SCAM SCAM SCAM FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. Do Not Buy!!! i still have not recieved my 349.00 Back i am disputing the charge through my bank
