Worst customer service ever at Covina Hobby Shop! I knew exactly what part (shock spring) I needed to repair my son's radio control truck and explained to the guy working inside. He said no problem and sold me the part. I took it home to replace the broken part and found out that the part sold to me was indeed the wrong size. He sold me the wrong size spring which was too long to fit. I figured no problem I will simply take it back along with the truck so the guy could exchange it for the correct part that I needed. WRONG! Not only was the guy extremely rude, but he completely refused to exchange the part that he sold me, which was the part he suggested.

The worst thing about my experience at Covina Hobby Shop is that he insisted he sold me the correct part. I then took off the broken spring and compared the size of the springs in front of him. The springs were completely different sizes and it was extremely obvious, not stretched or compressed. In front of my face he told me they were the same size. I could not believe what I was experiencing.

I took my stuff and left Covina Hobby Shop. I proceeded to a different hobby store nearby. Not only did they tell me it was in fact the wrong spring, but they exchanged it for me at their store. Now thats great customer service. While there, I found that their prices are much lower than Covina Hobby Shop.

STAY AWAY FROM COVINA HOBBY SHOP, THEY ONLY CARE TO MAKE A SALE NO MATTER HOW THEY DO IT. NOT ONLY WILL YOU RECEIVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE ELSEWHERE, YOU WILL ALSO SAVE $$$$$$$$.
