Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
No where in the ad describing this does it say it comes without the faceplate. In fact, the faceplate is pictured in the image. What a ripoff strongly suggest avoiding this retailer.

They offer a 30 day return policy on anything they sell. They are supposed to state in the listing what parts are missing. So if it was missing the faceplate and the ad did not say so..they messed up, it happens.
Basic Criteria
All items returned must include the following:
- Same product (matching model and serial number) in same condition as purchased.
- Any retail packaging and accessories received with the item must be returned (cables, manuals, instructions booklets, warranty information, etc).
- A valid CowBoom RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be on the shipping label.
- Items must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Items returned must use our carrier (and shipping label) to qualify for free return shipping.
- Items returned more than 30 days after original delivery date will be denied a refund.
- Returned items that are damaged in transit as a result of improper of insufficient packaging will be denied. Be sure to package your return properly!
- Refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to be processed after the receipt of your RMA. It may take even longer to receive your funds depending on the policies of your bank, credit card , or other source of funds.
