Cox Communications Bundle and Frauduelant charges Las Vegas, Nevada

On March 07, 2011 I called Cox Communications for service.... On. this day I spoke with a customer service rep who went by the name of Debra..... She was at ext 1231.... I asked her to sign me up for the 30/30/30 plan that was being advertised by cox....

She signed me up for all three services, then advised me that my bill every month would be 139.00 a month.... I asked her why it was so high as that is not what the company was advertising, she said it was do to my credit report and I said there was nothing in the advertisment that stated credit checks for the bundle package.... Then she said it was tax and service fee's added to it....

I said ok' I will take it as ' I didn't have a choice in my area for another service' besides direct and didnt want to sign a 2 year contract.... Well a month went by , and I recieved my first bill in the mail today.... the bill was 289.00 ... I called cox right away' and was told that is how they bill every month.... That they always bill a month in advanced, even though I was told it would be month to month....This company is committing fruad to the consumers.... I have tried all day to contact my rep with no answer... Left a voice mail several times' with no return calls....

I will be reporting this fraudualnt act to the FCC and the trade commission.... This is illegal billing practices .... Cox also has now lost my service and respect which i intend to report all over the internet and face book....
