Cox Communications Cox continues to send spam Phoenix Arizona

Cox suggested I download all of their security products which I did as soon as they became available. Cox allowed 39 spam emails to get through to my inbox one week and 47 the following week.

I continue to address the issue with them on a daily basis. At one point they finally suggested that I have my email address deleted. I told them to go ahead and delete that email address two weeks ago. They still have not deleted that email address and I continue to receive very obvious spam.

antispam catches almost all of the spams Cox allows to get through.

I've asked to have a supervisor contact me numerous times and they have not made any attempt to contact me by phone or email.
