Mr. John Kerner, owner of the Kerner Group (Cox-Powell) is a man with no honor, integrity or honesty, in  my opinion. His word is not his bond. If he tells you he will do something, GET IT IN WRITING! He is the owner of a company that reflects his values. Beware of any verbal contracts with this (in my opinion) scum ball.
