Cozy Cats NY - Hasiya Kerimov Sold neglected and genetically ill kitten with fake russian documentation, did not honour health contract Brooklyn New York

I have purchased a Kitten from Hasiya of CozyCatsNY who is just 10 months old at this time and is very sick. This kitten may not even be 10 months old as the documentation that was provided with the sale of kitten is all Russian, and the translated vet information lead to a fake website and business. She gets her kittens from Russia and doesn't honour health guarantees or her sales contracts. She resells kittens that she purchases from various breeders over seas in Russia. She also uses photos of kittens from other breeders to sell kittens she does not own.

• We paid $100 for a vet health record that we never received, we received a Russian vet record that was used to export 3 kittens from Russia to New York. The vaccinations records she gave us were all in Russian. We are not even sure that our kitten was ever vaccinated as the seller told us her Russian Vet made the vet records for her. Why would a Russian vet make a Russian vet record in the state of New York?
• When our kitten arrived he was extremely small (1.8lbs) at the stated age of 12 weeks (He clearly wasn't 12 weeks). He was taken to the vet within 24hrs of receiving him. He was diagnosed with a bacterial URI that required a month long course of antibiotics to clear and he had fleas. The seller is stating that he got the URI from the climate change from New York to Alberta, Canada. It was a bacterial infection, that required anitbiotics, it takes 2-10 days for symptoms of a URI to develop once a kitten is exposed. Within less than 24 hours of receiving our kitten he was already very sick.
• He was diagnosed to be unilaterally cryptorchid at the time of neutering, in which he was 6 months of age (according to the birth date provided by the seller) of which had to be surgically removed from deep in his abdomen. This is a genetic abnormality, something detectable at 2-3 months of age. Hasiya states her cats are vet checked, they would have caught this and the URI and fleas if it had been done at her vet (Hylan Vet - whom never treated or saw our kitten)
• From the first day our kitten made gagging and choking noises in his throat and snored loud. It continued to get worse as he grew to the point where at 7 months of age (according to the birth date provided by the seller) when his nose was completely pinched inwards. We took him to the vet when he started going lame, not eating and sleeping 22+hrs a day. 3 different vets diagnosed our kitten to having brachycephalic syndrome. He has extremely stenotic nares and an elongated soft palate which has been diagnosed as 100% genetic and it need to be surgically corrected in order for our kitten to survive. These abnormalities are from poor breeding practices.
• At the same time our kitten was diagnosed with Brachycephalic syndrome he was also diagnosed with malocclusion of his jaw causing his upper right molar to dig into his lower mandible creating ulceration and inflammation of his lower gums. This also diagnosed by a vet dental specialist is a genetic disorder in poorly bred cats.
• We called the vet that this seller said she uses, and that she stated our kitten saw prior to shipping him to us, the vet (Hylan Vet in New York) verified with us that they have never seen or treated our kitten. The seller continues to lie to us and avoids accountability for the sick kitten she sold us.
