I ordered one bottle of their product and they sent me five more. I returned all five and have yet to see any money form this, which is over $250. I have talked to five different customer service reps. in the past month, and usualyl can not speak to anyone because their line is busy or the recording comes on. I was informed that only three bottles of this product are refundable, but there is no mention of this anywhere on the packaging, ad, or information enclosed. Yet, after two months, I have not seen any money for these returned products. I have contacted a lawyer and am in the process of litigation against this company. Please contact me if you too have information regarding this company and would like to be involved in a class action lawsuit against this ridiculous company.
