cp direct ripoff

First I received the product in the mail and noticed that without my knowledge or any information giving on their web site that they automatically deduct the next order from your credit card ... This is without my approval or was aware of this situation at all..
I also had a hard time getting through, when I did I till them that there was no info about the automatic withdrawl kind of sluffed it off, they told me to mail the bottle back and they will credit my account... I told them I already notified my credit card company not to accept any more charges because the were unauthorized , which I did call... and they noted it on my account time and date I spoke with them, now to wait and see if my 100% satisfaction guareentee is refunded to my account..... I call this mail fraud & deceptive, ....
