CP Vending, Inc. MSL, Inc. This vending machine company rig their vending machines to accept $5 bills but does not have it set to give you the merchandise or the change and when you call to tell them about the problem; RICHARD will fake nice at first and claim he will call you back but he won't and he tell multiple lies . These companies should not be considered for loans, nor accepted to put vending machines on your property nor anything else good because if there is an issue, they will lie out of resolving it. SCAM ARTIST VENDING MACHINE MANAGER, "Richard"  This vending machine company rig their vending machines to accept $5 bills but does not have it set to give you the merchandise or the change and when you call to tell them about the problem; RICHARD will fake nice at first and claim he will call you back but he won't and he tell multiple lies such as (1) he called you but there was something wrong with your phone, (2) That he had a person to check the machine and there are no $5 bill in it even though they already had it, (3)  He even lied to me about the amount of time the vending machine has been on the premises just to get out of refunding the money that I lost in the machine.  There is a note that says the machine takes $1 bills but we had been able to use it in the past to get merchandise from the vending machine and get proper change.  His service guy just changed it recently but failed to put a note on it and will not refund money to various tenants; a total of 106 tenants.  This company is completely unprofessional and would lie just to keep money that customers did not get either the merchandise nor the change from his faulty vending machines.  These companies should not be considered for loans, nor accepted to put vending machines on your property nor anything else good because if there is an issue, they will lie out of resolving it.  SCAM VENDING MACHINES for sure!  Not only was Richard unprofessional but he has a female who answers the phone and was unprofessional to the Management Office in our building stating that the machine says $1 and they won't refund for any $5 bills even though they did not state that which is illegal.  They are responsible for making sure their vending machine spit out any bills that the machine does not take.  

For almost two (2) years, we have been able to put $5 bills in it and get merchandise and/or change but suddenly they rig it where even if someone put $5 bill in it; it only give $1 merchandise and won't give change anymore.  Their offices won't give change either.  Even now the machine still accept $5 bills in it but won't change it and CP Vending, Inc. aka MSL, Inc. won't give a person their money back either.  They choose to steal in this way; trusting that no one will file charges against them.  They should not count on it because they will be responsible for both attorneys and legal fees should anyone make that move.  It was the Apartment Management who put up a note to protect it's tenants but CP Vending, Inc. aka MSL, Inc. would have left it that way just to rip off $4 without giving anyting in exchange for it.  DON'T ALLOW THEM TO PUT VENDING MACHINE ON YOUR PROPERTY.  They sound hard up for money to have told those lies rather than refund my $4.25.
