The only work he does is robbing banks, wire fraud and blackhat traffic. He is a joke. Trust nothing he says. He is a fraud.

Does your story sound identical to my best friend since childhood. Vito befriended her with the intent to rob her. He knew that she had gastric cancer even visited her after one of her surgeries and took complete advantage of her. She did a good deed by loaning him money to pay of CPAtankd debt and agreed to pay her the money back shortly. He not only scammed her out if thousands and I mean thousand of dollars he had her give up her medical insurance she had with her other employer. He told her that she could not have contact with her employer and was compelled to quit. She has no health insurance because of Vito. There is a very good chance she will not make it because she cant continurs treatments without insurance. I empathise to your situstions and hope ur wife and my best friend survive.

As someone that has worked with Vito Glazers directly, and who knows Bill Waggoner from the industry, I can tell you that the claims Mr. Waggoner has against CPAtank and Vito Glazers are totally false.  Mr. Waggoner just spammed the entire industry community through Linked in and his reputation is known as that of a fraud and scammer.  He is always out to make a quick buck off of the misfortune of someone working with him. 

I would put zero validity into this compliant as CPAtank and Vito Glazers have been nothing but upfront, honest, and ethical.  They are a great company to work with.

I have known Vito Glazers for more than 5 years.  He is a stand up, respectable guy among the internet world.  Everything that Vito has stated about himself and his network are correct.  

As a Network owner myself, I will say that we run into affiliates like Mr. Waggoner all the time.  They claim they can produce big numbers and when they cannot, become upset and spread lies.  The reports never lie.  

What he claims against Vito and Cpatank from my opinion are false.  This entire report should be removed from this site asap. 

Anybody who really knows Vito can vouch for him that he's a good guy and does ethical legitimate business. This entire article is fabricated just to tarnish his rep. That is all.

The author of all these lies posted here, Bill Waggoner, originally posted that he was a concerned Christian from Troy Michigan, and now is posting from Las Vegas, NV.  

Also, I have never contacted Bill Waggoner by telephone, and definitely as I stated above, have never solicited access to anybody's website FTP information or solicited anybody in any way by telephone whatsoever.

Bill Waggoner is upset because he pretended to be an internet marketing expert and lied during his interview to be accepted into the CPATank Advertising network, when in fact he didn't have the intelligence to set up very basic tracking systems.  

By visiting Bill Waggoner's facebook page, you can quickly read a few of his statuses showing that he is a heavy drinker and drug user and frequently posts inappropriate racist and profane status updates, proving that he is far from a concerned Christian and a liar with low character who is the type to post illegal Libel on a site like this in order to satisfy his drug and drinking induced rage.

I am also attaching screen shots of one of the only conversations I have ever had with Bill Waggoner.  In the conversation he is upset because he couldn't figure out how to set up very simple tracking for an offer which literally any 5th grader could figure out, and immediately 1) Threatens to sodomize me, 2) Unprofessionally uses profanity, 3) Blocks me on Facebook. 

Bill's issue with CPATank has absolutely nothing to do with the illegal Libel he posted, CPATank nor anyone on the company's behalf ever solicited him about anything, never requested or had access to his FTP info, never placed ads on his behalf, or any of the other lies he made up.

What did happen was, we spent hours trying to teach him to set up his tracking which thousands of people have successfully learned in 5 minutes, which he never understood.  He NEVER earned one single penny with CPATank which is proven with the attached documentation as well.


I googled Bill Waggoner after finding out he was the "Concerned Christian" behind this post.  Well sure enough, Bill Waggoner, this supposedly "Concerned Christian" has this to say about himself in a recent online biography he self published:

"Waggoner is a single father, a guitar-playing metalhead and the boyfriend of a topless dancer. He's also a raconteur, a staunch political conservative and a conspiracy theorist with his own Internet radio show. Admins of Rip Off Report, PLEASE review the attached screen shots I am providing, re read the inconsistencies in the above complaints, and remove this illegally posted Libel IMMEDIATELY.

Attorney's have been formally contacted and the evidence from this post will be used to file formal charges against Bill Waggoner as well as Rip Off Report if the post is not removed within 72 hours.

This is guy is a straight spammer! The programs and products he promotes are totally spam scams.

Here are the following reasons the report is not accurate and proof that it is a complete slanderous Hoax:

First of all, it is reported by "Concerned Christian in Troy Michigan" who does not provide any real name or identifying information anywhere in the report. 

Secondly, "concerned christian" names myself, john perry, and a "Vincent Patrick" in the complaint, however there has never been anybody named Vincent Patrick ever employed by or associated with CPATank.

Third, CPATank does not promote Stock, Pornography or Spam in any way shape or form, and never has.

Fourth, The victim claims we approached him, CPATank NEVER solicits webmasters.  Website owners come to us to consult them on how to make more money from their websites.  Currently over 4,500 websites are in review that have come to us, we NEVER solicit.

Fifth, the complainer mentions "his christian philosophy website that gets thousands of views per day" yet never once names the actual website he was supposedly frauded over.  RipOffReport Admins, please get the name of the site, or remove this post (I assure you, there is no such site).

Sixth, GoDaddy would never authorize any individual take over another individual's account, that whole statement is absurd, unfounded and ludicrous. If the complainer supposedly made contact with an attorney, where is the attorney's proof or documentation in this post?  R.O.R. admin, please review and remove this post based on how insane the accusations sound, CPATank has never and will never 1) ask individuals for access to their website ftp login 2) promote any kind of pornography, forex, animal sex, transgender or any of the other things this anonymous liar has accused CPATank of posting.
