CPC Strategy in San Diego is a complete waste of money- if you are a small business and are thinking of hiring them stay away.

They are awful at what they do and will cost your company thousands of dollars in advertising on top of their $1K monthly management fee. They have great people working in sales to get you to hire them, but the staff that actually manages accounts lack knowledge and experience in online advertising.

I will start with saying that I operate a online based company and know the online world of marketing & advertising- we are not new to this industry and generate over one million in sales annually. Also, before hiring CPC Strategy, our company managed our advertising campaigns internally with minimal AdWords knowledge and was able to consistently generate a positive ROI.

After hiring CPC Strategy our company was in the red for months- we never comped our sales for the previous year and our ROI was negative. Our account manager did not offer any creative or strategic ideas on how to turn things around, he only suggested outdated marketing ideas that have been proved to be unsuccessful.

As soon as we expressed our intention to terminate our relationship if things didn't improve, our account manager stopped contacting us for our weekly call. It became obvious they moved on and didn't care to improve things.

I am writing this review as a small business owner looking out for others like me, don't fall for the sales pitch- these people are awful.
