CPI corp Bella Pictures Took my money for wedding pics and after 4 years did not produce priceless memories via album Internet, Missouri

After paying up front over 4 years ago for wedding pictures,  my wife and I still had not recieved our album.  Two years of following thier protocal for submitting proofs resulted in no results so I asked for the money back to make the album myself this Christmas for my wife.  I have the disks and paid for the proprietary rights, thank goodness.  Three weeks of constant phone calls and rudeness with Bella Pictures which is in in serious need or customer re education, they finally sent me a refund check.  The check however came from CPI corp.  not Bella Pictures and took three weeks to arrive.

After cashing the check, they called me two days later and said there was a problem with the funds.  They were Just bought by CPI corp (SEARS).  Without my knowledge they put a stop payment on the check and I am now facing criminal Felony check fraud in Maryland as a result.  They did re wire the money to a credit card but not the card I had explicitly asked them to send the funds to and provided routing numbers for.  I had a debit on the card where the monies were sent it and did not recieve my full funds due.

I am being harrassed by a check cashing company for money I don't have and Bella Pictures refuses to give me any higher ups or anyone at CPI corp at all.  I have tried every extention to get a live person at CPI corp but all the voicemails are full in every dept.  I have every corperate executives name and salary as it is public record but they have no extentions or voicemail listings within the company.

4 years of stealing my memories from my wife and only partial compensation hardly validates our legally binding contract for services.  In addition,  They stole from me and I may soon be a defendant in a criminal matter as such.   I am an excellent skiptracer and can find most everyone but this entity is full of ghosts.  Never give your money to CPI corp ( sears portrait studio) and any and all feedback or help would be appreciated.

I have very little money and worked for 4 years to pay for the perfect wedding for my wife as she and every woman deserves such from thier partner.  There is no accountability by anyone and the general tone is escalative and inflamitory, so I will no longer call Bella Pictures.    PLEASE HELP ANYONE!
