People that don't know what they are talking about needs to mind there own business. I am a old women that has been lead to do things that were not necessary and told that they were. No one in that court room understood what had taken place and had never seen a Judge take peoples children away permanently on the first hearing. According to court descriptions we were under the understanding that the custody would give us temporarly custody for 6 months to 8 months and then the court would review the case and make a final decision. My decision would have been to give the girls to who ever in the family wanted to take them and raise them.
As far as the accident I was not at fault and I have been though 5 surgeries in a year on my right foot to fix it but with no luck and have almost died 2 times now because of Drs. mistakes. Sadly these 2 little girls have had to endure this and watch there Nana go though surgery after surgery and still can;t walk. So why would you feel it right to make them pay the price living with there Nana in a wheelchair and has not been well enough to go and do anything with them. Explain to me how you think this is fair for theses 2 little girls should have to pay that price along with all the other things they have been though..
SCREW YOU PEOPLE...

First what wonderful parents these children have cough cough - in and out of jail!! Now you are "handicapped" because of a car accident. SO what do you want CPS to do about it?? Give these children back to their criminal parents?? The children were removed from their car for a reason!!
CPS has the highest rate of turnover because of low pay, high caseloads, unqualified individuals. How would you like to be threatened, shot at, assaulted and overall put in danger every day of your life for a wage you cannot live one?? Do you know the starting salary of a CPS worker?? Look it up!

First off I would have to say someone sticking there nose into something they know nothing about but feels it's ok to pass judge and has no ideal what your talking about.
When this all took place CPS lead me and my husband down a road that they say they had to do but thats not true. We in no way agreed to take the children to raise for the rest of there lives and was only doing what we were told we had to get the girls back. Our intentions were good ones and people want to say we got what we bargained for and thats just not true.
Now maybe it is wrong of me to ask the people that got me into this mess to helo me to figure out how to hekp or send ne some place that can.
They need to stop sending me on goose chases,
So unless you have had dealing with CPS you can not imagine how badly and horrible they treat people.
so shut up.....PLEASE
I don't need someone thats saying the s*** you are and know nothing about what happen.
I don't really care I know the truth and the lord says the truth will set you feel...
So get of your high horse and maybe gets some details before passing judgements against others. Your one of the reasons our country is in the condition it is.
PASSING JUDGEMENT AND KNOW NOTHING ABOUT WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT.
SO GET OFF YOUR HIGH HORSE AND COME BACK TO REALITY...
AGAIN NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS !!!!!!!

Sadly there is NO HELP for your situation. What Im wondering is WHERE IS THE RIPOFF??? I don't see it. HOW in ANY WAY have YOU been ripped off? Is it because the STATE wont bend to YOUR desires?? YOU took the children so its YOUR responsibililty. The state can only do so much. The state had ZERO part in causing YOUR accident. Just keep a record of your hardships so YOU can sue the driver of the other car for YOUR lost ability to take care of children. Once the insurance has paid its part, then you can go after them in civil court. That is unless the accident was YOUR fault, in which case there TRULY is no relief. YOU can try welfare and food stamps. Maybe get on SAMI. State assisted medical insurance. There is also WIC. As for the case worker not being there when YOUR husband arrived, did he make an appointment?? No probably not. Its the USUAL self entitlement that ALL American have. He thought HE could just sit and wait. Unfortunatly a case worker has MORE then just YOUR problem to deal with. As with ANY job they are over worked and under staffed. Which means that if ONE CHILD has an behavior issue and has to be taken care of by their case worker, then YOU might not see that case worker that day. If YOU made no appointment then HOW can you expect a case worker with HUNDREDS of children to handle to be there when YOU chose to show up. LIFE isn't fair. YOU KNOW THIS!!! SO get off that high horse because YOU are ignorant of WHAT a case worker has to do. YOU are unfairly blasting the whole system due to YOUR ignorance.
