Child Protective Service Did not Protect Rights Of a Child Plattsburgh New York

In August of 2012 My Grandaughter was placed in Foster care. During that week we saw her at Cps. She had terrible marks on her side. Cps said it was from falling off a swing and Foster Mom said it was from Pool floats. Cps assured me that My Grand was in the best place up there. Knowing that there had been Issues with the Older Sister , for Some reason they eventually placed the children together. In Febuary of 2013 we made a Trip up there to see Jordan and again In March.

We had noticed she had lost alot of weight. In March at the visit, She started crying and was hysterical. She described being told By the Foster Mom , That We didn't love her. Jordan, described an evening at the table , eating subway. Foster Mom knows she is afraid of the dark, and would send her up the stairs and say to her , Watch it the Boogie man is going to get you, and laugh about it.Joprdan, has said Foster Mom thought it was funny to scare her all the time. 

Foster Mom told Jordan she looked Hidious in her Easter Bonnet we sent her. She told of being sent to bed in the afternoon and no supper ( Isolating which is under child abuse ). The girl in the room went and got the case worker , to tell Jordan , Thats a nightmare you had. Completely put under the rug ! I have never seen My Grand in this shape. She was being shown Scary Movies and Porn via her half sister on her IPOD.We would say something to the case worker about it, but there was always an excuse. Jordan, would tell Us that her things were being thrown away or given to other kids.

Things we sent her for Her Birthday and all Holidays. To be told via Case worker, let it go. They even kept the things they gave her for Christmas. Who does that to a child ? From January to March we were allowed to Skype with Jordan. She always seemed so sad.3 times she had a black eye. Because Foster Mom got mad for Us being concerened about what Our Grand was telling Us, Skype and all contact was stopped. Case worker said We had burned our bridge with Foster and It wasn't court ordered to talk to Jordan.

We received a Call in Late July from case worker telling Us that Cps had changed there minds and would We like Jordan for a vacation. They were going to put her on a Plane, But I said No, We left to go to Ny to get her. Again Another black eye and a terrible mark on her back, which she has a scar from. No Lawyers were told about this choice or what went on.

In August of 2013 I got One phone call from Jordans half sister telling me she was in a Home for girls. She told me that The Foster Dad Molested her. I want to know why My Grand was kept in this home after the event. Noone said anything about this and I do not feel it is right to be covered via Cps at all. After case worker found out she had talked, all communication was cut off. When it says In The Court Orders for kids to stay in contact. It was also court Ordered that Both girls go to a Therapist, Which was never done. Thirdly it is court ordered that Kids get an exam, But we were never sent the paper. I would like to know how they can get away with not following the Judges Rulings?

When Jordan was placed she was a size 7, she came out of it a size 4T. I can't understand how No-one bothered to notice this. I have received her Medical records and she was way to over medicated.

Jordan has to sleep with Flamelss Candles every night cause of the fear they put into this little girl. Jordan will cry and ask why Did the Foster Mom hate me so much ? How does a little girl no the meaning of hate.

Jordan describes how the Foster Dad would patt her on the butt, I just have to wonder what really happened in that home, as My Grand was sent to bed with no underwear. My Grand has been called a Liar via Cps and This little girl is telling the Truth as she feels safe now,( Said via her Therapist ) She also states that she was given a bath with door open to have Foster Dad see all and kids had to run upstairs to get there painties and night clothes ?

Also Jordan describes 2 things that happened to her via the Foster moms Grandsons, Don't understand who was watching these kids? It rips my heart out to know she was touched via them !

Jordan has described that the Adopted girls that lived there , could hit her, but if she defended herself back, she was sent to bed. Her half sister in August said the Foster Mom was very terrible to Jordan. I can not believe after he did this to The half Sister and God knows who else, Why it was not put in the news of any kind. I have researched Cps and over drugging of Foster care kids and It blows my mind. I thought these People were there to help kids not Hurt them , Mentally and leave life long scars in there head.

I have her in Counsil and it will take along time to undue what these Fine Upstanding Foster care Parents did to her, ( Foster care words). I will never get over what Jordan has had to tell went on. Peeing outside cause Foster mom didn't want her floors wet? Picking up the lawn and limbs of the Foster Dads mom? Jordan has said if she didn't do it, she was given nothing to drink on hot days. When we got her, It was can I have more then 2 chips, Who does that to a child? I Am telling you I have never heard of such treatment to kids in all my life.

I am hoping that someone Takes this letter serious, Because My Grand was Neglected and abused in that home that Cps Protects. Not Right at all. I would really like to know why charges have not been pressed against Foster Mom or Is it because she is Friends with the Cps worker. I am very much hoping to get some answers to why the system did not protect this Beautiful little girl.I really feel bad for any little girl that has had anything to do with these Foster Parents, This is Horrible and Not right at all.
