CQout LTD., Listing in qout.com auction. Card charged for all fees, but suspended my account! Ripoff READING Internet

I signed up for listing items in www.cqout.com. My credit card charged for ANNUAL FEE and all LISTING FEES. I got suspended from the website just because that they insulted me that the item did not have as the quality as i described by their EXPERT only looking in the picture without asking me anything if i have the item as in the description or not. Buyer dont have chance to ask another questions and i got suspended.

How they know about my product just by looking in one picture and tell that it is waterproof or not (the item was the watch). In fact, the procedure should be that the buyer ask me question and i answer them. So depend on them whether they would buy, it will be their considerations to buy not the auction site.

And then if the product is not as i decribed and buyers are not satisfied i also have the exchange warranty and i explained that very clear in my listings. BUT they just suspended my account all the sudden.

It was happened earlier that there was the buyer or the seller in the auction, asked me bunches of questions to make my items looks bad and messed my pages, every 3 Questions in each item of all my listings everyday manytimes per day, and mostly not involved much about my items. This would make other buyers misleaded in the wrong way of understaning about my items, so i asked the SITE to block him or give me the best solution to solve this problem, all i got is that my faults.

I decided to early end the listing of all my items and relist again, ofcourse another fees charging on my credit card. UNTIL their EXPERT insulted me about the item;s description 1 day after that, my account now suspended, i want my money back, they such a RIP OFF AUCTION!!!
