i received a phone call regarding credit card. i accepted the terms and okayed to charge $149.00 for fee.

they sent me a postcard stating that a pre-authorized draft in the amount of $149.00 was authorized on 12/09/2003 and would be printed on 12/30/2003.
i have not yet got anything to date in my mail. i have been trying to call cr bancorp people since last month but in vain. evrytime i call their number, either its busy or answering machine is on saying no representative is available right now. i left so many messages but nobody would call me back.
