C.r. England stay far away from cr england Bethel Park, Pennsylvania

I worked for cre before in 2006, I was involved in an accident with a fatallity witch was not my fault, i decided to go home for awhile, some family issuse keep me home. I decidid to go back to cre and left for orentation on dec. 29 2008. So i get there and im told i had to go out with trainer again for 30 days and then another 30 with a 2nd phase trainer. The first trainer was 80 years old and scared the hell out of me and there was another traine on the truck too. 3 people in a truck for a month?? went back to burns Harbour In. for up grade then waited 2 weeks to get me on a 2 phase truck.

While i was on that truck im told now that i have to do 60 days on a 2nd phase truck i told cre that i was told 30 days and they would'nt let me out of it.the best part is that i was training the trainers.I get done with all that and get my own truck another 3 weeks of sitting not getting payed, i get a student of my own, ( u can't make money there unless you team)  and head out everthing going ok i drop him of and pick up another student. we park the truck at a truck stop and walk to a wall mart we get back and the side of my sleeper is smashed hit and run.

Im told to get it fixed on home time and they have no loner trucks, i ran with a hole in the sleeper for 3 weeks and i dropped a load 1 hour from my home my home time was 3 days away so i ask my dm just to send me home she did but gave me a hard time about it. I took truck to a dealer, and my truck sat there for 2 weeks before cre and the insurance co. got everything straight to get the work started.

well 2 more weeks go by and im told my truck will be done on july 10 so i call my dm julie and tell her this and she tells me im termed,she say's she has been leaving me voice mails to tell me this. She never called me not once! I went over her head and she calls me back tells me when i get truck back to call her. Well when truck was done i call her and she tells me not to touch my truck that i'm still termed. I called leasing and i'm told that i abandoned the truck, i tld them it;s been in a shop for 5 weeks i didn't quit they said they would look into it but no one ever called me back.I called all day and could not get ahold of anyone.The last thing my dm said was i was fired because i wont be able to catch up on my lease payment but the insurance was paying 125.00 a day for down time.well now i have an abandament on my dac. cant get work.and all i did was what cre told me to do and i get screwed. Do not work for them they will find any reason to get rid of you so they can put another student in a truck they have to keep there schools running some how.
