CR England Lease Rip-Off, Breach of Contract,Charging lease operators to train students Salt Lake City Utah

I trusted what I was told by CR England for their lease program. WHAT A MISTAKE!! First, and only after being pulled in for a full blown DOT inspection did I find out that they had altered my odometer over 61,000 miles. Thankfully, I had my contract on board and the officer reviewed nearly 6 months of logs and confirmed that I was not at fault. He immediatelly notified UT DOT.

All this was the breaking straw.. Out of the 6 months that I was in that truck; 4 months of it were spent in the shop. I was told I had to turn 2500 miles a week to break even; I was lucky if I managed to get 1100 in-between the breakdowns and waiting for loads. For 6 months I received no paycheck and was kept at least $1200 in the negative.

After the UT DOT Director requested that I file a formal complaint, CRE offered me a new truck. With this new truck I was given a "lease completion" bonus, a lease completion letter, and a "newer" truck. I was told that if I became a trainer; I would pull out of the hole quickly-- funny that they didn't mention that the students salary was coming out of my paycheck.

Bottom line.... after 6 months of no paycheck, I finally packed out the truck and told them where they could come get it. I have since been sent collection bills for BOTH trucks! When I called to ask why both trucks considering the lease completion letter and bonus; I was told that the letter means nothing, they send it to everyone. They also sent me a bill for thousands of dollars for multiple bogus mechanical repairs... funny also how the truck had just been in the shop no more than a month before. (and yes, I made copies of all maintenance/repairs).

They have DESTROYED my credit report with all this and have never responded adequately to the breech of contract which clearly states that "if either party breeches any part of said agreement; that the other party shall obtain possession of said vehicle". Not only did I NOT GET the truck, I ended up so deep in debt; had my personal vehicle that was parked on their "private property" stolen, and have lost nearly everything of value.

I hope that the trial this month will cost them as much as it has cost me and the other 20 drivers that were in my group, plus everyone else that was sucked into their lies.
