CR England make money from the government by training unemployed people to drive a truck. After they charge the government $4,500 per head, they will train them with a promise to give them a job when they complete. When they complete, CR England will force them to buy their old truck. If they do not buy, then CR England will have them drive their truck and make them work very hard and not pay them, then will find ways to fire them. CR England normally will put false report that they do not do logs correctly and put it on records, so drivers cannot find a job anywhere else. This is hard to prove because you can change logs and make drivers look bad. The government will never can catch them and will keep paying CR England big money. Do not fall for it. Do you know that your tax money pay this company to cheat poor people? They have no heart, they don't care if you die because you have no food to eat. They do not care how many children are waiting for you to put food on the table. They are the most wicked company I ever met. My family suffers for the last 7 years because of what CR England did to my husband. I am praying that the Lord will strip them naked and they will pay for what they did to others. Hell is an answer if you ask where they will go after this life.

I am sorry things have been so rough for you and your family. I am a female who has been driving both civilian and military vehicles for a few years. I have had my share of "crap", but that also comes with the territory.
I first got my CDL with Swift (no laughing), I had finished all my required training and was sent home to await a call from my dispatcher. I talked to "frank" Mon-Fri for 3 weeks and was told "they had no trucks available," but if you look at my report it says I failed to turn my truck in...I still can't find it. I don't worry about it because if I really had it, I'm pretty sure I would've been arrested by now, I also found another job and explained the situation. I have been shut down for a log violation only because at that moment I couldn't count to ten, my fault. I have been "cautioned" over my heavy foot and overspeed, my fault. Had to push out a delivery time because I didn't pay attention to my directions, my fault.
When a load is delivered ALL paperwork that is required has to be turned in...truck driving is a business.
No, companies don't care about your family..they want money just like you. They have a lot of drivers to choose from. If you want to make it in this industry you have to carry your own wait.....if you are having problems go and ask for help. There is always someone who will help you. You have to be willing to learn. No driver knows it all....if they think so stay away from them, they are dangerous. Good luck to your family...

These people have been playing this game for a very long time and I'm sure they won't stop any time soon because like you said,they are backed by the Bald Eagle.I'm also sure he will never pay that truck off and they will just sell it again.
