 I worked hard to get where I was. 27,000 miles, dedicated, through mountains, dust storms, ice. Then came my first upgrade test. I turned left out of the school drive, into the turning lane, clearing the curbs. The safety man/upgrade tester acted scared for some reason. His excuse was he thought I was going to get us hit. No dice. Everything went fine, then I had to descend an on-ramp amidst construction workers weaving across the road. He literally told me to gun it, that they'd get out of the way. I refused, and proceeded safely down the ramp, exercising caution as I flowed into traffic. This is THE safety guy, by the way. We get back to the school, and he fails me. I ask if I can retest. No, I didn't qualify. I was too unsafe. This is 4 or 5 in the afternoon, and I was his last ride of the day. When you're qualifying about 70 to 80 people in a day, chances are you've had a rough day by the last one. I challenge Ken 's state of mind prior to my test run. I feel he was already unsteady before my test, and prone to jumping at shadows. As for Eagle Atlantic, I have a negative hit THE first month I worked with CR England, March of 2014. I started CDL training classes MARCH 24, 2014, didn't take my driving test until APRIL 04 2014, and didn't get placed with a driver trainer on the open road after obtaining my license until APRIL 07 2014. How do you negatively report me not paying you the first month, when the primary way you expect to be paid back is through recruits being on the road with their phase 1 driver trainers, and you didn't place me until the 2nd month that I was working under you? How? C.R. England are rip-off artists. I had No Wrecks. Not one scratch on the trucks. No living creature was maimed or killed. I was laid off because Ken the senior safety instructor had a bad day before getting to my test, took it out on me, and I had no say because he's got his head shoved up the owners' butts. My credit is shot because of my faith that I would finally learn a trade that I could make money off of with this company. On top of everything, They froze Direct Deposit because they "we're switching comdata cards" I don't give a d**n about comdata cards, I wanted my money to go to my bank, so my wife could pay bills with the extra income. You couldn't even do that.
