Last week, I requested a brochure, guide and video from Craftmatic by sending an online form to them, and they have not sent a thing to me in 10 days. I thought they were going to send it to me even though I never gave them my number after what happened in May. I never give my telephone or cell phone number to anybody whenever I am ordering something or requesting any items. I was about to write to them telling them why I am not giving my number to them and I knew this site would help me out better than them.
