Craftmatic Adjustable Bed Craftmatic Beds - long on lies, short on service Aurora Colorado

Craftmatic Bed got my phone when I entered a drawing for a free bed (I wonder how many beds are actually given away). The sales woman was very smooth. When I asked questins, she didn't jump over them, she didn't give glibe answers. The responses seemed reasonable and true. Most of them were false, but I didn't find that out until later. She was really slick!

There is a 3 day provision to cancell the sale. She set up delivery for 6 days ahead, then for some unknow reason had to call the company office and found out the bed could be delivered the next day! Wow. I came to find out that next day delivery keeps me from cancelling delivery, and once the bed is delivered, if I did cancell in the 3 days, I would still have to pay $800 for the set-up.

I was told it might take a little time for me to adjust to sleeping with the knees and head elevated, but that was THE BEST sleeping position. This was going to fix my back and leg problems, and if something wasn't right, call the company number and the office would have her contact me. They would make things right; they don't have unsatisfied customers.

Well, after a few weeks the recommended position was uncomfortable for me. I'd call the office, and some one therewould 'help' me; no need to have the sales woman call. I was told in time I would find that position comfortable. Over 3 months and 5 phone calls I was always told 'just give it some time'. The sales woman never did contact me.

I got the built in massager which makes more noise than vibrations. I was lied to from the git-go. I use it as an expensive flat bed with out massage. Since I bought it I see attorney generals in several states have told them to stop lieing about what the bed will do. I have to wonder how they sleep at night doing business this way.
