I think you forgot to mention the other details of our business transaction. Most of what you said is true, but lacking a couple of MAJOR important details.

1. This was in the summer of 2006. You called me and begged me to get you started with Predator Marketing System, now called Jaguar Marketing System. It was a home Business Marketing System that just launched.
2. The price to Predator/Jag was $3995.00. I sold you Predator & EDC/EDC Gold for $2000.00. EDC Gold sells $997. So that is almost $5000.00 worth of Home Business tools and Products for Only $2000.00.
3. When you join Predator Marketing, I had to pay $895 to Predator Marketing to get you system setup, leaving me with only $1100.00.
4. I fully qualified you in both EDC Gold & Predator. The way it was supposed to work was you owe me one sale in Predator before being released and two sales in EDC Gold before being released. I immediately released you in both programs. You still have a fully qualified position in Predator & EDC Gold.
5. If you make just one sale in Predator, you will double your money. If you make two sales in EDC Gold, you will break even.
6. I also told you to contact Predator and if they give you back the $895.00 that I had already paid them, then I would return your $1100.00.
7. Predator refused to return any money to you.
8. If Predaotr thought you weren't entitled to a refund, then so do I. So I did NOT return your $1100.00 to you.
