I was totally surprised and saddened to just now learn that our good name has been tarnished with the likes of such a scam artist as Welker on this scam site.

Just to set the record straight Jmar Marketing Concepts is not,and has never been associated with Craigslist Masters in which Eric Welker is the purported owner.

Welker as an individual came to my CLSR webinars as a customer and become an associate to sell our product on a normal commission basis as anyone can do. He then proceeded to copy our materials even to our web site information word for word, use our name as his own and went so far as to place ads for his Craigslist Masters on Craigslist pretending to be me as Craigslist Secrets Revealed. I find this not only shameful but his actions are totally repulsive!

Upon learning of Welker's unlawful activities we immediately terminated his affiliate status with our company. This was done nearly 3 years ago.

Gee, that's funny that someone named Harrry from Georgia has filed this complaint...

because as I go through my records for the past year, I never had a guy named Harry from GA purchase my program!

So who are you REALLY Mr. Harry? And why are you abusing the Rip Off Report system to defame me and my organization?

The truth is that I have over 600 active paying members in my Classified Ad Masters organization, so I am not really sure what you are referring to when you say that CraigslistMasters.com and ClassifiedAdMasters.com is a RIP OFF!

And as far as the software comment goes... I have never created, nor have I ever sold any type of software, as that is not my field of expertise. So I'm not really sure where that came from either.

You are probably one of those guys who tried to get into my organization, get all the goodies and then expect that your Credit Card company will assist you with a charge back claim.

You see, some people buy products and services online with every intention on getting their money back before they ever place their order.

I know because I've been reporting these guys to the FBI for over 3 years as an online marketer with goods and services to sell.

If you are an HONEST internet marketer and someone, as with the case of "HARRY FROM Geogia" or whatever his or her REAL NAME is, tries to "steal" your stuff that you spent hours, weeks, months or even YEARS putting together, I encourage you to report them immediately to the official FBI CHARGE BACK FRAUD website as I have:

Also, make sure you have a little "check box" or a web page that they cannot get past until they agree that they understand your complete refund policy and they agree to the terms of that policy.

This way, when the charge backs come in, which they will no matter what industry you are in, or what product or service you are selling, or how great your product or service is, you can beat these thieves at their own game.

I learned this lesson the hard way in my early years, trust me on this one.

You see, some people think it's fun and games to grab their credit card, head over to their computer and get stuff for free on the Internet by making a purchase and then doing a charge back...

but honest businessmen and women from all around the world are banning together and fighting back!

Don't be surprised if someone comes knocking on your door with hand cuffs, as you are committing a serious crime called INTERNET FRAUD or CYBER FRAUD that is most definitely punishable by up to 20 years in federal prison...

and trust me, they WILL come after you!

This is just another great tip for honest Internet marketers that are just trying to break free from corporate America and provide for their families.
