I am an insurance salesman and I followed the ad to purchase leads that were guaranteed to be fresh from people who had spoken directly to a lead telemarketer.

Allegedly, the Crazy Monkey Lead (CML)  company would provide me 15 leads from prospects who had allegedly asked for information to be provided by a Life Insurance Salesman.

CML allegedly taped the request from the prospect and would provide me 15 of the leads for $360+ Dollars.

On December 6, 2014 I sent them my credit card information and they charged me for the services.  After six weeks of not receiving leads or contact from CML, I called and complained.  A week later they emailed me 2 leads.

It is now March 11, 2015, more than three (3) months since I placed the order.  They won't answer the phone when I call and I have called at different times of the day and I have not received the missing 13 leads,

                                                        DANGER

            THIS COMPANY IS A MAJOR RIP-OFF.  STAY AWAY FROM THEM

In regards to your complaint listed above we are very eager to understand what your problem or experience may have been with our company. According to our records we attempted to contact you several times regarding your order without any response back from you to resolve the challenges with processing it.  We in turn issued a full refund in the amount of $363.34 due to your unresponsiveness.  As with any business, we aim to please and satisfy all of our customers, if humanly possible. So, if there’s something that you were unhappy with in regards to our services, please feel free to contact us via the contact information listed below. If we find there’s a problem outside of our Ordering Policy Agreement (Click here To view), We’d love to get this issue resolved in a timely manner. If you wouldn’t mind contacting us within the next 24 to 48 business hours that would be awesome! We look forward to speaking with you soon.
