Amy Pittman is not only a theif on eBay, but on her own website, auctiva and other on-line stores. She will sell you jewelry, take your money, and will not send your merchandise. I am out $125.00 and still waiting for 4 months now. Filed a formal complaint with the Attorney General, Federal Postal Fraud, IFCC, Better Business Bureau, the Bellingham police department.

The Consumer fraud agency that over sees mail and internet fraud are also investigating this person. I sent 4 polite emails when my items didn't arrive, I also phoned and left 4 polite voice messages, she never replied. My bank and credit card company are going after her, too and informed me they have a stack of complaints against this seller since 1999. It has been 4 months, I am still without my money or goods, but the legal system is going to take action when they have enough reported cases (so please file and contact me if you want a reference)! We are seeking a settlement of punitive damages, lost money, pain, suffering and more.

Please report to the Bellingham Police Dept, Postal Mail fraud and the Attorney General-these are very important! Do not let this happen to more people. Class action law suit will help you get your money back, plus more. Ebay has done NOTHING to stop this seller, but continue to take the seller fees.
