C.R.C. Of The Central Coast ripoff, deceiving, rude, threatening, and down right LIARS San Luis Obispo California

My story is simple. I signed up for their "easy payment plan" to recieve these random nine magazines over the course of the next couple of years. In order for me to do this, I had to make a voice recording to make it legit.

After nine months of paying them, I wanted to cancel because a representative called me and offer a new rate. This new rate, to my understanding, is supposed to take the place of my already current bill, yet they added it onto my already acquired bill.

This utterly turned me off to CRC so I called and asked to cancel. They told me to pay off my last month's payment and with their own words said "it shouldn't be difficult to cancel after the payment processes". After the fact they said that I couldn't cancel and they even threatened to call a collection agency to get my bill payments if I don't pay them. The supervisor was a woman and she was down right disgusting, and rude. She told me I was being difficult because I asked "too many questions" and she even made it seem like there was no way to make a cancellation, when that is IMPOSSIBLE. You can't bind someone to a prolonged account off of one occassion of a voice recording.

They basically said that they already put in a payment for the years of magazines that didn't even come out yet, and that I was going to escape the bill for the next 21 months. Those people are CRAZY. They are liars and thieves and all they ever wanted was my money. Now that I can't even afford to pay for the crappy magazines, they tell me that I still will owe them and that the process cannot be reversed. I need HELP BADLY. I want to sue those bastards, because they won't even aloow me to stop giving them my own money.
