CASI specializes in Personalization - but no one will want to purchase form you since they can do the stuff on their own computer.... cheaper.

.... basketballs (We tried, but for the life of use could not get it to work with the texture of the ball)

.... ceramic plates, (true - works there, however looks really cheap)

.... t-shirts or mugs you could also do this with our old ink-jet printer.

.... There is Software that puts a customers face onto a different body or into a magazine cover (Yeah, interesting enough this a program similar to a program put out a little while back, it's in every computer, called MICROSOFT PAINT!

.... and Software that prints First & Last Name Histories onto beautiful Art Backgrounds.... (I never did understand what that meant)

So here's the deal. My wife her sister and I bought into this business. A little "family business" before we decided to start with our own family. We put up a good chunk of change, about $3000. That is a lot in my book. I was told over and over and over again that the system was a "cinch" and I would have no problem.

I also asked about Support, incase I did have a problem. Sure they are there for you I was told.

Their marketing technique is does not stand a chance in hell of working. Mail order - HA, and as for funding raising, I checked around my community, and it was no go. Seems that they can do it in their office, and on their computers, and cheap...basically free.

So we worked this business for about 13 months, and nothing. I made a few items for free for our family. They liked it, but were not overly thrilled. I swallowed my pride and finally called

Bob Walters, my original contact as CASI. I asked for my money back. Told him we would send all the items back, and accept less money, since we did work the business for 13 months. I was told out and out, NO. There is no refund policy. I escalated the problem to corp....nothing. No refund, no money back. Now I have a bunch of crap that has made me no money taking up room in our office/junk room.

I need to get some money back from them. I cannot lose all my investment. Does anyone know anyway to get to these guys?
