In early March 2006, my wife and I searched on the internet for a business oppourtunity. We came across a site that advertised the franchise of red bull vending machines. We liked what we saw and we sent an e-mail requesting more information. On March 30, 2006 a man named Charlie Provezano contacted me about purchasing red bull machines. He talked a wonderful game...he charmed us and convinced us that this was a wise "investment".

On April 2nd, 2006 I received a packet containing information about Creative Concepts and their product. My wife and I read over the information and decided to "invest" in the red bull machines and product. My wife called Charlie and told him we would have to take a 2nd mortagage out an order to pay the $23,025 for the 5 machines and product. On April 4th, 2006 I signed the purchase order agreeing to purchase 5 redbull machines and 1,800 cans of red bull.

My wife had been going back and forth to the bank trying to get the money for this product. Meanwhile Mr. Provezano was constantly contacting my wife to make sure we were still interested; he was being very respectful, and kind, charming ( which was all part of his little scheme).

Well anyway, finally on April 14th, 2006 we were approved for the loan and my wife mailed the cashiers check for $23,025 to Creative Concepts of America. At the following address: 9900 West Oakland Park Blvd. Sunrise, FL 33351. Mr. Provezano was even so kind as to have the fed ex man come to my house and pick up the check. Then on April 17th, 2006 Creative Concepts of America cashed the check. Part of the contract was that if we did not recieve our machines within 45 days, that we could cancel the contract and receive our money back in full.

Well June 1st, 2006 comes buy and we still had not received our machines so I called Charlie Provezano informing him that it had been 45 days and I had not received my machines or product as promised, therefore I wanted my money back in full. Charlie agreed and said that I had to contact a woman by the name of Suni an order to be refunded. Then on June 2nd, 2006 I sent an e-mail to Suni, who works for Creative Concepts informing her of my cancelation.

Finally on On June 5th I spoke with Suni she said that they will refund my money, but it will take 6 months to a year, and I will receive it in 3 installments, and I will have to pay a 10% restocking fee + shipping costs of the machines.

From June 12th through June 16th 2006 I tried to contact Suni, because I had not heard back from her since June 5th or received any money, but I was unsuccessful. June 19th my wife called Charlie Provezano and said since it was obvious we were not going to get our money, then we want to go ahead and take the machines. Charlie said "no problem" and that he will get in contact with Suni and get the machines shipped out.

On June 20th 2006 Suni FINALLY contacted my wife and said that the machines will be shipped out by the end of the week, and she will call us with a tracking number. That was the last we spoke with anyone from Creative Concepts. Then on June 29th 2006 I received an e-mail form Creative Concepts stating that they have filed for bankruptcy.
